Rubbing noise after conversion

My resto/conversion is almost complete .
I took it for another drive today , this time longer as I addressed all leaks and I am leak free for the time.
I am experiencing this rubing noise / vibration on the engine bay randomly at low mph ( 10) or idling .
At first I was under the impression That the transmission,s cone was touching the back seat but I addressed that using the hammer method.

The car is a 70 , the motor is a 86 3.2 does anyone experience sure noise after a similar conversion?

The car runs smooth when driving at high speed .
