Header/ muffler setup
Read a lot about the SSI with Sporty mufs
Is this the best way to go on a 1983 3.0 Are there others out there that sound good too? Thanks Willie |

1.5" primary long tube headers are proper for a stock 3.0L engine, so yes SSI is a good candidate.
We have several dual inlet configurations for use with headers on your engine, all depends on what look and sound you are after. ![]()

Pretty muffler!
SSIs and a sport muffler are great on a 3,0, as long as you don't have to worry about smog checks. You should post a picture of your car and put your location in your signature.
