took all parts to get powder coated:
window frames
targa roll bar cover
E-brake and installed new hardware
shifter assembly
pedal assembly with all new hardware as well from pelican parts and got the bronze set for the bushings.

I just bought a 79 and plan a restoration in the future so will look to this for inspiration!

You mentioned back in December you were going mostly stock except the bumpers. Bumpers are also on my replacement list. Do you know which ones or which vendor you are using? I am looking around for ideas.

some more of the cabin I used POR15 with metal prep and and metal cleaner.
I sprayed the interior. first i grinded off all the rust and scrapped off all the padding from the floor pans.

the car came with the rs bumpers and they are fiber glass and you will have to do some fitment to get them aligned properly that for sure. when I was looking up for bumpers the prices were between $300.$450. thanks for subscribing.

we stripped all panels down to bare metal and the applied etch primer and smooth out and ruff surfaces the car will get some good base coat of paint and the one clear coat let it sit we sand then another coat of clear coat. to give it that deep shine

this is the original paint color platinum silver. I will also powder coat the calipers. they are new and we lazy with the red paint that and will be fixed.

go over car again for some imperfections and we put first coat of clear on the car. there will be three to four coats of clear going on the car. we will wet sand in between coats
