ER front bushing install - where to buy pipe wrench?
Anyone have a recommendation of where to buy the long pipe wrench he uses in the video? I'd rather not use the threaded insert and washer/nut system that others have used since I don't want to remove the t-bar sealing plate on the front of the a-arm.

abides.

I got mine started on the a-arms, then whacked them home with a deadblow hammer.
Not the recommended method, but it was quick and easy.

I just did this last week! I hit my neighborhood forum and borrowed one. Worked like a dream.

Not a pipe wrench. It is a wood worker's bar clamp. There are cheap versions using a pipe. Maybe that is the confusion.
https://www.google.com/search?q=bar+clamps+home+depot&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8 Home depot has them https://www.zoro.com/bessey-pipe-clamp-cast-iron-34-in-bar-size-pc34-2/i/G4171959/feature-product/b?gclid=EAIaIQobChMI5LrbiMSo1QIVjIp-Ch2JNw8VEAQYBCABEgJf-PD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

Get threaded rod and use of to knock the end plug out, they come out easy and go back in Easy too, that way with some spaces and sockets it pulls straight in, and it's just a cheap threaded rod. I tried the clamp since I own many and it was a PITA, so I used the threaded rod and it was easy

Thanks - yes I already had the a-arm powder coating and am worried about breaking the integrity of the coating if I knock out the cover.

Powder coating is good and all, but be aware it will be a tighter clearance now to get your bushings on. Also, get the specialty socket for the castle nut, and then put a jack on the back of your torque wrench when loosening/tightening it down. Makes the job cake.

This is what I ended up getting. Cheap and effective, another tool I can keep for other projects. Just need to buy the pipe.
