the odometer reads 53K but it's not the original speedo or the original engine.

'84 3.2 with 87K miles. No major work. No smoke, no drips. I put about 4000 miles on it last year and had to add just one quart of oil!

85 3.2 Cab with 50k miles, runs strong, motor never opened. Slight smoke upon startup after sitting for a while, clears up and all seems well. Doug

My 930 has run 11.700 miles in my country it´s about 72.700 miles calculated to your kind of miles, after 70k miles I had to change the original tensioner otherwise like a clock!

Just turned 180K on my '87 Targa. I've had no "major" work done but I know the PO had the clutch update done, and the heads rebuilt....

1979 911SC with 182,000 on the clock. (I've owned it for 6 years and put 6,000 miles on it) Engine has never been opened, no smoke ever, does leak. I've done the tensioner & pop-off valve upgrade. Taken to red-line everytime I drive it without any problems. Oh ....I did pull the engine to have the transmission rebuilt, new clutch and motor mounts. (2 months after I purchased it and I had a PPI done)

~145K miles on 1977 911s chassis. 3.2 engine in the car for past 2 years and ~3K mostly track miles. Engine has ~140K miles and 1 topend rebuild ~70K ago.

Small leaks, blue smoke at startup after sitting a while, generally the engine is beginning to get tired.

79SC with 204,000 miles on it. Changed the clutch at 101,000 miles. No work on engine. Added mechanical stops to stock chain tensioners and added pop off valve. I've owned it since 1984.
