3.2 correct alternator voltage?

What is the correct alternator voltage on a warm engine at idle and at 3kRPM and no other loads on a 3.2?

My data:

Engine off battery alone 12.6V

Idling - 12.8V

3kRPM 13.8 to 14V

13.8-14 sounds good -- you want to watch out for spikes over 14.3 -- can you monitor voltage over an extended period of time? Spikes would be my real concern and can be very transient.
