82 911sc cis

I received the car with carburetors and the CIS system in a box. the CIS in a box was missing three two pin connectors, 1) start valve, 2) frequency valve, and 3) warmup regulator. Purchased the two pin connectors and installed them, and so far figured out where wiring goes for the start valve and warmup regulator, but stuck with the frequency valve. Additionally, I have a black wire coming from pin 12 on the multi pin connector to the fuse box, that I don't know where it goes. Any help on this? Thanks in advance.

What kind of carbs? I would seriously consider rebuilding those before going through the trouble of reinstalling a CIS system. You'll end up with more power with carbs (depending on the set up) but less gas mileage.

Good luck in your quest for induction bud.
