911T '70 Electric noise suppressor connection

Hi Pelicans,

My 1970 911T had front noise suppression filter disconnected when I bought it.
In the final assembly I am trying to figure out what it was originally connected to?

It is located under the dash, held with one screw only. Picture attached location marked with arrow:


Here is how it looks under the dash:


Where does the black cable connect to???


Any help much appreciated

Guessing here, but might help in your search, but radio would be something that could need noise suppression.

Yes, by now I was able to confirm 100% this is for the radio.
Unfortunately this very part has been completely omitted in the WSM and all existing Wiring Diagrams.
So really I need help from someone who has some pictures taken during restoration where connection of it is pictured.

I am not sure but some nose suppressor are hook to wiper motor.

Wiper motor noise suppressor.

Red and red/white connect to it, Black goes to terminal 53a.

Based on the wiring diagram I would have never figured it out myself

Look at device number 73 on SL 35.
That is the wiper motor.
It isn't shown, only added with radio install at the factory.
