My wife is not happy that I get involved in such a project with no help from anyone. I am doing this alone with some assistance from her. I am 81 years old and will be 82 this winter. While I still play tennis twice a week against players younger than my children and still beat them easily, I am in good physical condition.

To answer your question, I am not sure if I want to do this again. The commitment and effort to have an Engine Rebuilding Workshop is not easy to achieve doing it alone. The only thing that keeps me going is for my passion and desire to share my experience with people with similar interest.

It is wise to quit while you are ahead. And remember the memories of your experience. I am dealing life as they come alone. I am blessed and fortunate and thankful for what I have. Enjoy LIFE & FAMILY & FRIENDS.

I got a message from the building owner that the prospective buyer failed to meet the bank’s requirement to obtain a bank loan to purchase the building. And offered the room I was using for the previous Workshops available for us to use. Everyone attending the workshop are required to sign a waiver to protect the building owner from any lawsuit from any physical injury during the course of the workshop.
