Windshield inoperative....suggestions?

I stupidly forgot that wipers will freeze to the glass...I started the engine moved the stalk for the wipers. Crap nothing....

I pulled the wipers off the window and tried again. I can hear the motor working but no movement......

What do I look for first?

Pop the speedo out and watch the arm attached to the motor. It's probably not turning. Park the motor and park the blades where they normally sit and reach in and tighten the nut on the arm.

Btw. Thought of that. Going to wait until it warms up.
