Help with electrical schematic?

I am currently dealing with various electrical issues after a prolonged restoration. Can anyone tell me what the term "zusatzheizung (sw)" refers to in the electrical schematic? The schematic is for a '72 911.

it means "auxiliary heating", don't know what the(sw) means.

Ja, aber sw auf einem elektrischen Diagramm ist wahrscheinlicher für "switched"

For your Webasto heater control.

Need a New Wiring Harness? PM or e-mail me. Search for "harnesses" in the classifieds.

Thanks guys.

Is the "Webasto heater control" for defrosting the rear window? The switch for this in the dash just above the radio.

My question for this is actually because I am looking for the hot wire to power my radio. I can't get this from my schematic.

That switch on the dash could be for any number of things. Most likely fog lights.

Post a picture of the switch.

These older cars were problematic with respect to the wiring, due to the fact of so many options. I spent something like a week going through my car's wiring back when I did my resto. I ended up with a large box of unused wire when I was done. My car had the harness for the gas heater, which I removed. The issue is that Porsche duplicated wire colors for some of the optional equipment on these cars, making it confusing to follow some of the circuits.

Depending on your sound system, you could connect directly to the fuse panel or even the battery.
