OMG that sucks! What could be so important in the garage that the 911 had to endure that kind of punishment? I see you have a lot of other cars but gees.

Whoopsie...
Lots of space in the garage left. I had the 911 out and went away for a few days. Wasn't expecting this kind of snow... At least it's getting a new paintjob in the spring... What kind of damage can one get from snow exposure? Maybe it's better off? NSA

Oh yeah, as the snow melts, it's like a free wash job, right?

Well, I was just curious.
After all, such a layer would in fact block damaging UV light exposure which can cause the paint to fade, right? A clean layer of powder snow shouldn't compare to the damage done by driving the car during a hail storm, right? For that matter, isn't "refrigeration" kind of useful in prolonging the shelf life of some things? Perhaps tire compounds do better refrigerated while stored? I don't know. The unexpected entombment of my Porsche got me wonderding about the real harm done, if any, I suppose. Now I've got to get out there and peel that ice off of it's body. Kind of like waxing. The dirt particles are trapped in the ice, and removing the ice quickly cleans the paints pores, allowing it to "breathe" and develop a healthy glow... ROFLMAO...
