Side View Mirror

Having some trouble getting these side view mirror covers on. Can't figure how the elastic band goes around the neck of the flag mirror, do I have to remove and disconnect wiring then slip it through? Am I missing something, thought these would simply slip on.

Wayne, they are indeed a tight fit, but they will go on...no need to disassemble anything.

So start at the outside end and stretch the elastic band from the velcro opening?

Correct, you'll pretty much have to stretch the elastic to the max (and then some) to get it on.
