Ryan Snodgrass TURBO 3.0 book
Hi guys,
I just got my copy of the TURBO 3.0 book. And I must say for me it's the new standard to which all new Porsche or for that matter every automotive book should be held to. It's mind blowing. Get yourself a copy asap because this book is a must have in your Porsche book collection! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Delete (I meant delete my post) thought the book was for sale here. Not in the correct forum. My mistake.

Anxiously awaiting my publishers edition and I don’t even own a turbo lol. Hope to be able to cross reference a lot of data to my ‘76-‘77 Carrera 3.0’s

The publisher sent an email recently explaining that 2 pallets of books were ruined during shipment from Europe and thus there were longer than normal delays to supply those of us who ordered and paid many months ago.
At least they were up front and open so patience is in order here; hopefully this delivery means they are starting to finally ship now. |

Turbo 3.0 Shipping Update
In response to the few messages we have received regarding Turbo 3.0 book shipments this last week, we wanted to send an update on the shipping status. A few weeks ago, three pallets of books were air freighted to the U.S. to expedite shipping to those who pre-ordered before the November 15, 2017 cutoff, as originally messaged on our website. Unfortunately, two of the three pallets, primarily the Limited Edition books, arrived severely damaged. We have been busy packing and shipping the remaining undamaged books. The first books began shipping two weeks ago, starting with the earliest pre-orders from last April, and consisting almost exclusively of Publisher's Editions. Most of the Limited Editions were damaged with approximately a dozen copies passing our final quality checks. In an earnest effort to evenly distribute the book to as many customers as possible, we have now shipped at least one Publisher's Edition for each pre-order placed with a Publisher's Edition before November 1, 2017. For orders consisting of more than one Publisher's Edition, we will be sending the additional copies as our stock is replenished. We are preparing to receive new pallets of Limited Edition books via air freight to Seattle so that we can continue fulfilling the earliest pre-orders placed prior to November 15, 2017. The books will fly out within the next 5–7 days, depending on aircraft availability. While incredibly expensive to air freight such heavy books (12.5-14.5 lbs each!), we are passionate about getting the books into enthusiasts' hands. Rest assured knowing that we are doing everything we can to get your books to you. As explained since last November, pre-orders for the Turbo 3.0 book that were placed after November 15th, 2017 will ship out when our books arrive in Seattle after their 6-week ride on a container ship. We will put a link on our website for all of the armchair adventurers who would like to watch the books travel the high seas. While we would have liked all of our customers to have received their books earlier, especially given the initial delays in production, we wanted to be as transparent as possible with the challenges we have faced getting the book into your hands. From the earliest days researching, writing and designing this book, our eyes have always been focused on quality. It's no different in receiving and shipping the end product: we won't send a book that we wouldn't be delighted to receive ourselves. Thank you for your continued patience and support. We know you're going to love the book! Revised Shipping Schedule Order Payment Date Limited Edition Publisher's Edition Before Nov 1, 2017 Late March Already Shipped Before Nov 15, 2017 Late March Late March Nov 16 to Jan 31, 2018 Late April Late April Feb 1 to Mar 15, 2018 May May After March 16 May May See the FAQ for more info on Turbo 3.0 book pre-orders, shipping questions and other information. Our Carrera 2.7 book is still available for immediate shipping.
