I am interested but need some more details.I understand preventing a 5/2 downshift BUT your post mentions prevent a 3/2 downshift.?????What do you mean by that?

Accidental downshift into 2 from 3 when you mean to go to 4 is a bad shift. Top of 3rd is bad for 2nd.
