David the windshield is usually "roped" in.
It's easier without the dash in place. Do not forget to install the fresh air vents and clips before you put the dash in. Good luck! Peter Last edited by peter leinberge; 11-30-2019 at 09:02 PM.. |

I think this is correct, ‘66-‘67 dash can be done with window in. ‘68 and ‘69 dash needs to be in before window. Early dash is a one piece unit and later is a two. I know I put the dash in my ‘68 before I put in the windshield.
