912 disassembly questions

I am nearly finished stripping a 912 and have a couple of items I am having trouble with. The first is the fitting through the rear side panels that I assume is for a seatbelt. In the wheelwell the bolt head appears to be covered in weld material or simialr. Any idea how to get thsi off? The other is the nut on the end of the wire for the emergency brake on one side turns freely, but does not come off. Apart from cutting it is ther eanother way. Holding the wire only causes it to seperate? Any help appreciated.

Thanks
