Question re Weber carbs

I have one of those Weber conversion kits that was fitted to my 69 912 engine (Webers, K&N type filters in housings, etc.). Can anyone tell me if there is much demand for these used and a range for their value? Thanks for any info.

Did the webers perform well or not. One of my 912's need new carbs and I was thinking about going the weber route. I don't know what to tell you about value but I have seen what the conversion kits cost new.
You can always try to sell them here or on e-bay. Good luck. Jerome

Weber kit value

Kind of depends on what you have to sell. If the kit is used and has the 28mm venturis, and looks cruddy, I think you'd be lucky to find someone to pay over 200 for it. If on the other hand you've got a great looking pair of carbs with the 32mm venturis and all the hardware / linkage / gaskets ... well, 350-400 is not out of the question.

Guys,
Thanks for the replies. I am going to examine carefully exactly what I have here to try to figure a reasonable price for it.
