Turnsignal Dash Indicator will flash normaly then fade

Turnsignal Dash Indicator will flash normaly then the indicator will fade and both indicators will flash like hazards but they will flash very very dim. any help thanks

I have found this to be if idle is to slow, foot is on brake or other generator operated stuff is operational, lights, blower and so on. Get the picture.
Also cleaning the grounds on all your lights can help. For me though it boils down to over working the generator output at low speeds.
