Spark plug torque setting

Does anyone know the the tightening torque specification for spark plugs in a 68 912?
(Preferably in units of foot-pounds).

Depends, I've never torqued a plug though, snug is good for me....but....Check here more lots of information. http://www.ngksparkplugs.com/techinfo/spark_plugs/installation.asp

you can get a torque wrench in there?

it's usually, "use the factory tool, get tight enough not to fall out, but not so tight that you can't get it back out. use a little anti sieze on the thread"
