912E smog system delete

Hi all,

I have removed all the "junk" and capped off the air injectors with nice brass fittings.

Could anyone with with the smog piping and pump removed help me with the next steps.

I read somewhere that the oil filler neck port is not supposed to be plugged and that the engine can blow seals if it is!?

Cheers,

Christian

Lots of info on this in 914 world and the 912E section of the 912 registry. If you are still using the stock FI, you need to vent that into the throttle body. If you converted to carbs, it will need to go to a breather box.
