Is this where the oil plug is installed?

Is this where they plug the oil pump outlet when changing to a full flow filtering system? Is the hole just tapped and plugged? What size pipe tap is used?

Yep thats it. AFIR use a DIN 910 plug size was 14 x1,5 or 16 x 1,5.

You have to drill up and off center.
