Turn signal issue

Going through my car trying to get it ready for inspection. Had no emergency flashers or turn signals, had a spare flasher so I replaced it. Flashers & turn signals worked except right rear. I pulled the bulb, which was fine, (so I put it back in) but now I have flashers but no turn signals. Could this be a ground issue? Flasher switch?

Double-check the connections on the turn signal housing. Also double-check that the bulbs are the correct type; single-filament in the sockets with one terminal in the bottom, dual-filament in the sockets with two.
