Under Dash wiring help

Just got 1975 914, trying to figure out the rats nest under the dash. Forth owner of car and each has add something. looking to get all working. Right now no turn signals, no wipers, no fan. Any help, thank you

Bad relays did all that on my car. There is a block with a few relays plugged into it by your left knee sitting in the driver's seat.

If you have a wiring diagram handy, it’s worth comparing what you’ve got under the dash to stock, it’s not too complex once you strip away the extra stuff.

On my car, the relays are mounted to the top surface of the fuse block mounting plate in position described. You may need to unscrew the plate and lower to see them.
