lagging gauges

the rpm tach is lagging a bit anyway to fix that?

Did you check the tach against a good known test instrument? If the wires and connectors are all okay then the only fix is to have a speedo/tach shop do an overhaul. Good luck

My spedo lags. Maybe my car is just plain slow.
