| Registered | 914 Tach Alternative?
I have a 6 cylinder 914 and hate the tach on it. The needle on the thing bounces around way too much for my liking. I heard that the Autometer Monter Tach is supposed to be a drop in install. I heard this from the 914-8 guys though. So I was wondering if I would be able to do this with the 89 3.2 motor in the car. I am not sure if the tach signal would be of the right kind for the gauge. Thanks in advance. - Brett Smith

I'm not certain, but I believe that it does just hook up and work. --DD
