delay in a/c installation

I had hoped to get back to fellow "teckies" about the new a/c installation on my 73 2.0 but the holidays have put things on the back burner until after the new year.but I have looked over all the "cool" stuff and can fill you in: purchased" kit" from european cooler air in texas with plans of doing self install but time ..(and an active 3 year old son) made those plans nonfeasable. what makes this unit different from the dealer installed units in the 70s is the 30 years of technology and improvements in a/c parts. the unit has 2 condensers...the primary..located under the spare tire (in front)is only 4" high and roughly 24"x 16" and powered by an electric "squirill cage": to assist air movement .... and the second ..located vertically in engine compartment between driver and motor and powered by air flow from engine fan (which also cools the engine). Sandan compressor moves the freon and interior (underdash unit ) is similar to the DPD units of past (3 speed fan /thermostat control) but has 5 cooling vents and extends the entire bottom of dash ...(door to door) with twice (I've been told) the b.t.u. s of cooling (16k vs 8k) I'll get back to all when unit is in and give a performance appraisal when I road test. Happy Holidays to all!!!

Wonder if your shop can do anything in my sixer?

It would be nice to be able to drive it after May 1st.
