Shutter at take-off

I can feel a lot of shutter when I first release the clutch in first gear. The whole clutch assembly has just been replaced, as well as, both the motor and transmission mounts. Any ideas as what I should check next?

Thanks!

Was the plastic ball cup in the T/O bearing arm replaced. This caused mine to shudder.

Perhaps the cable tube in coming/breaking loose.

Did you have the flywheel resurfaced?

If not then the problem is that the flywheel will inevitably have ridges in it and will contact the new disk not all at once thus chattering.

The good news is that it should go away after a little use.

Even a totally new setup can chatter until it's worn in

Did you put in a modified or racing clutch? The hot rodder versions have less springs or none at all in the disc. They hook up quicker but shudder at low speeds....
