headlight question

when my headlights are closed the top extend below the eyebrow by the bumper. is there any way to adjust them so that when they close they are flush with the hood?

You can move the whole assembly upwards by loosening the Allen screws that hold the pivots and moving those upward slightly. You can fiddle with the "stop" on the upward travel. And there are microswitches in the linkage from the motor to the headlight that tell the headlight where to stop when it is open or closed.

All of those have some kind of adjustment to them.

The adjustment for the eyebrow interface is done by turing the knob at the end of the headlight motor. Very easy.

No, that is just a manual way to raise or lower the headlight.
