H-3 bulb for US fogs?

I am wondering if anyone knows where I can find a conversion or knows how to convert the US foglights to the more powerful H-3 Euro type? This would help me alot and I am sure it would help some other people too.

Check with Rich Johnson, a914guy@aol.com . He has some adaptor rings. They work pretty well, I have them in my car.
