If you replace push rod tubes you HAVE to do valve adjust right?

The big question is are they going to torque the rocker shafts back on properly?

This is done by bringing each cylinder to TDC so both rockers are relaxed, a valve adjustment wouldn't be much more work.

If they don't bring each cyl to TDC then the valve spring will load against the rocker shafts as they are tightened. Next time the motor turns over the load is gone and now the nut is too loose, eventually the nut can come off.
