Profile page changes?

How the heck can I change my profile page photos to update them? Is there a "how to" somewhere?

If you mean your avatar, click on the "user cp" icon at the top of the page and then click on "edit options" and then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "change avatar" and upload (or link to) another one.
