Bumper fog lights

Most of you are probably aware that the in the bumper round fog lights on a teener are identical to the "through the grille" fog lights on the early 911. The only difference is that the back of the teener lights are black paint, shiny stuff on the 911. For those looking to replace lights? I just learned that Hella still makes 'em. Here's a link to my post on the 911 board: Longnose Fog lights

CAMP 914 sells these and the stainless steel mounting bracket for $60.00 the pair, which includes shipping. The Hella lites that I looked at on the Daniel Stern website appeared to be at least $60-90 for each lite. Craig

Good looking QI driving light there...but that's not the same as the original factory tungsten bulbed FOG lights...here's a pic of those for a 914...but the ones in this pic are running a euro "split" lens. The originals ran a DOT approved lens with all the fluting in a single verticle line...The lights I mentioned are the same light as the original 914 FOG light, only instead of black paint, they are all shiny stuff. I'm not saying this to knock your product, just to illustrate the differences...

Paul No knock was expected. I was just showing alternative lite. I know that most of the 914 owners are looking for original but don't always like to pay the price. The Hellas look great. Craig
