Spring help

Can someone tell me if there is a good way to tell what rating a spring is by looking at it.
ALSO
If the car is sitting fine, are the springs okay?

If the car is sitting evenly, then I can't imagine that the springs are broken. They may however be worn-out. Why are you suspecting that the springs may be broken?
