if you don't have aaa. just call a mobile locksmith. they will come to your car, "read" the ignition switch, and cut you a new key. it should run around $80 or so. or...take the steering wheel and related items off, remove the switch, drive to the locksmith, prob leave the switch, drive back to retrieve it, and then put everything back together. after the dust settles you aren't going to save much money, and waste alot of time.

You can take the bottom of the steering column apart pretty easy to get to the actual switch. Once you get to the switch you can turn it with a flat blade srewdriver. I've had to do it several times.
