Why does it have a scalloped light weight flywheel ? uh OH

That is the racing flywheel and clutch that was installed 20 years ago.

Clay,

That fuel injection system has the same parts as the ones I peeled off of a VW Fox this morning!

Well, almost, the part on yours has a vacuum line for vacuum/boost compensation.

Best of luck and don't worry about the detractors. Run it hard and often.
