Lightbulb Required on-hand spare parts

What parts should be kept on hand "just in case". Besides "all of them".

So far:
fuses
light bulbs
points

Lately I'm thinkin' a half dozen 11-pin headlight switches...

Clutch cable is a good idea as Headrage indicated, but you should also have a spare clutch cable trunion that fits into the shift arm, washer and nyloc nut for the end of the cable. These items can be lost on the road if the cable breaks at the pulley while in motion.

Are you looking for a road kit or somethings you should just always have in the garage so you dont have to wait for mailorder.

I keep a small tool box in the trunk. I also keep a spare clutch cable, speedo cable, spare hose clamps and some bailing wire in the front trunk spare tire. I'm sure you could keep a lot more things but I try to keep it simple and try to keep the car running well so I don't have roadside repairs - but, my clutch cable broke once and so I keep a spare handy.

I have found that a Nyloc nut does not hold in this application. At least, not on my car. After a while, it gives up and starts slipping just like a regular nut. Now I just use two M7 nuts and tighten them together.

Don't forget to have a couple of the round black relays on hand, too.

oh, then a little screwdriver to adj the idle on the ljet/djet f.i. systems, and a mutlimeter to chase the electrical gremlins, and a spare mps, a spare tps, spare tigger points...the beauty of fuel injection.
