need to pick up a fused + to run the wiper pump. which fuse should i tap? i have no stereo or heater stuffs, if that makes a difference in which could handle the extra load

sicne that washer fluid pump needs so many amps, I would run a #0 wire from the battery to your pump.

What exactly is a wiper pump? I hope you didnt backdate to vacuum operated wipers...a RARE option indeed.

Pick one with an 8 amp fuse and install a larger amperage fuse to account for the extra current of the motor.
