Does anyone know what the lift and duration were on the cam on euro 914-4 with dual 40 Solex's?

All of the camshafts, except for the very early 70s, have the same part number in my parts book. That implies that all, regardless of 1.7, 1.8 US, 1.8 Euro, or 2.0, were the same.

If U.S. and Euro 914's had the same cam, but Euro's ran dual 40's, why does everyone say you have to change the to put dual 40 webers on?
