Post Need Scrap ECU's

I'm developing a web page on the analysis of the D-Jetronic ECU. I need a few representative ECU's across the 914 model run to document the changes in circuit blocks that were implemented, and for resistance values for circuit analysis. I'll pay shipping, dead ECU's are fine for my purposes.

Here are some of the specific model numbers I'm looking for:

Porsche/VW Part # // Bosch Part #

022 906 021 (or 21U) // 0 280 000 007 (or 008, or CU89X)
022 906 021 B (or BU, BX) // 0 280 000 015 (or CU11X)
039 906 021 // 0 280 000 043 (or 044, or CU14X)
039 906 021 A (or AU) // 0 280 000 051 (or 052 or CU16X)

Please contact me by email if you have an ECU that you can donate.

thanks,

Brad Anders

How soon do you need ecu's. I have 2 ecu's. I got another used one because I originally thought my ecu was bad since a little metal piece fell out of it and since my car wouldn't start. I decided to try to rebuild my relay board, If I can get it to work and get my car starts, I'll send you the bad ecu if you still need one. it came off my 72, there is no part# on it anymore.

Scott, anytime in the next month or two is fine with me. As I get more info, I'll add it to my ECU analysis document.
