any advice on installing new trigger points?

i imagine it would be easiest if the distributor was removed. it's quite easy to remove the dizzy.

As noted, it is easier to pull them if the dizzy is out. Look at them closely and look for oil and buring as that could mean the distributor is worn as oil is getting up past the shaft and a rebuild is in order.

changed them car runs well no high speed misses and low speed idle is good----- happy

I haven an extra set of these extremely pricy trigger points if anyone wants to buy them for me at 1/3 of retail
