Muuuuuch better! The Montery pictures really load fast and I can tell it as I have a dedicated T1 at work and the even faster cable-modem at home. The 914 BBS section now loads in less than a second which makes using it a lot nicer. A site as nice and as large as this one with the graphics really benefits from your new server.

We had a mysterious outage last night that I can't really explain. Or maybe I couldn't get there from Compuserver and they're DNS? I dunno, but the site is magically back up this morning. Please send email if it's down, or doing screwy things. I want to work out all the bugs before I switch the DNS listing (www.pelicanparts.com)

Thanks,

Wayne

Hmm, I tried to reply to one note ("1.7 case mods") and got a CGI script error. 8^(

On the up side, I was able to post this reply.

BTW, the error that I got is the following:

Can't open perl script "C:\www\209.6.145.21\bin\ultimate\Ultimate.cgi": No such file or directory

Methinks that the "reply" button script is pointing to the old site's BBS.
