Smile 914 CV joints

Howdy
I have a problem. Does anyone know what size CV joints the 914 has? I have been told it is the 915 joints. The trans I have has 930 joints and I need to match the axle to the 915 joints at the stub axle.

Chigger,

Good question. 914 CVs alxes are longer than the 911 CV axles. Also, the 914 CVs are smaller that the 911 CVs.

If you are going to use the 930 tranny, 930 CVs and the 914 stub axles, you will need an adapter/spacer for the mating of the two different systems.

I have these adapters available.

In my car I have the early 911 stub axles, early 911 CVs, a spacer and then the 901/911 drive flanges.
