Addco sway bars
I was browsing on ebay and came across a front sway bar made by Addco.
I searched the pelican forums to find some of the 911 owners had used addco. It seems too good to be true for $120 Any body out there used or installed this brand before? i have a 1970 914 - that did not come with a sway bar Thanks Austin |

Looks to be under-body. Cannot be made adjustable, and can be a bit of a pain to fit. The body-side links probably attach to the bolts that hold the front of the steering rack, the way the 911 under-body bars do.
Through-body style would be better, but probably more expensive. It's difficult to tell which attachments (under-body or A-arm) are included; I'm not sure all of them are there in the pic. --DD

After reading the entire Addco catalog 20 years ago not only did I know Addco did not have a good bar for my car but it seemed they had a 1 size fits all theory developed in the early 1970's. Unless something has changed since then I would look at other alternatives.
