1.8 F.I. on a 2.0 ????

The intake piping and manifold are different, so you have to do some adapting somewhere. I don't know if there's enough "meat" on the 2.0 intake runner flange to drill for the two middle holes. You can use the 2.0 intake pipes, but they're shorter than the 1.8 ones because the 2.0 manifold is wider. You can find longer hoses of the correct diameter to attach the 2.0 pipes to the 1.8 manifold.
Or you can use the 2.0 pipes, manifold, and throttle body, but you have to figure out a way to fit the 1.8 TPS onto the 2.0 throttle, and you'll have to figure out a way to plumb the air cleaner and air flow meter to the throttle body. Once that is all done, you should have a setup that works. I personally would be worried about it going lean at full throttle, especially at higher RPMs, but people who have done it on other BBSes report they have had no problems. (I'd still want a wide-band O2 meter to verify that.) --DD
