I'm 6'3" and bought mine when I was 20 years old. Still have it. No problems.

I'm 6' 5". Not enough head room but there's enough leg room.

you only need two feet to drive a stock 914, the four other feet are useless. If you got one foot, consider an automatic transmission car.

I am 6'1", but have a long waist. I have headroom problems in many cars. The 914 is better than most, though a bit marginal for me with the stock seat. My head will brush the headliner when the roof is on the car.
If I remove the bottom seat cushion, or replace it with a thin foam pad, I have no problems. Even with a helmet on. --DD

I'm 6'6" and 275lbs and my brother is 6'4" 200"lbs and we both fit in the car. We were shocked we both fit when I was test driving the car before I bought it.
The shifting could be tricky where it hits your leg for first gear but you can get a short shift or cut the shifter length down and it is not an issue. Mine was missing a base cushion, which are pretty thick, so when I had mine made I used better foam and had a thinner one made. This can get you an inch or two. |
