74 914 2.0

Driver side blinker was working slower than passenger side but now does not work at all switched bulbs still no luck flickering and popping fuses. Clicking noise under fuse panel any ideas on this.

Bad relay maybe, I seem to remember there are 4 of them right by the fuse box near your knees if you are sitting in the driver's seat. If you have a local air cooled VW shop, they will probably have it.
