4 into 1 header

I am looking to buy a 4 into 1 header for my 1989 944 s2. I know RS Barn and Lindsey racing sell this product, and would like to hear opinions from anyone who has owned either make. Even better, I would like to hear from anyone who has one to sell!

Thanks

I have ran the one that Lindsey sells and works well but without proper coating it would rusts out quickly. I think I have a brand new one with good jet coating that I might consider selling.

Someone maybe able to clarify this, but the 928 head and the 944 head appear the same, the headgasket schematics are identical. So... OBX do a 928 4 into 1 Header which looks rather good and cheap.. if the right hand bank is a fit to the 944 head could be the way to go.

Contact Karl at Racer's Edge for a properly designed stainless steel header that provides both the performance gain and lasts forever. You'll be glad you did.

I looked at the OBX headers for my 944S2 but to me it looks like the collector, where the 4 runners come together might be on too much of an angle toward the center of the car and there could be clearance issues. 928 Performance makes 928 headers and I was thinking about calling Carl, the owner, and asking about getting the side for the 944S2 and asking him about the collector angle and clearance. Auto Atlanta sells headers for the 944S but not the S2 which is weird. I know Bursh made inexpensive 944 headers. Don't know if they still do. I have no idea how much of a power gain the headers add. I deleted the cat on my car and have a DANSK cat back exhaust and chip and it feels a little more peppy. It sounds way better than stock

If there was enough demand I could make these very reasonably and out of stainles. No Chinese stuff..

Below is what I make for 914-6 but keep in mind the collector would be a burns style collector not the own 911 style.
