Anyone using F9T ECU and solid state DME relay

I am in the process of sending one of my computers out for a rebuild and wanted to know if anyone has sent theirs to F9T for their $485 service? I like the better one but at $895 it is a no go for now. Also, anyone running the solid state dme relay with diagnostic lights on top and are you happy this this solid state unit or would a new good quality regular dme relay be just fine? Thanks for the input.

Solid state DME relay from F9Tech is a must have, thats all I will say. Joe stands by his products and if one does ever fail, he will replace it. The reliability far exceeds analog.

Old analog relays, even new, seem to be hit or miss. Do not recommend anyone use them (although some people still do).

Cant comment on the rebuild service but I trust Joe and am sure he would take good care of you.

I’ve always used Ingo Schmitz for ecu repairs. He’s done about 10 of them for me. He’s a long time Pelican. Great price, great service.

Zero problems with a 993 part number DME relay from a reputable supplier, e.g. Stribel

I have the F9T 944/951 Sport DME (with LR 944 MAF and MAF Chip) and Fuel Pump Relay w/ Primer Function. No issues since installation (5+ years).

Still kicking myself for not getting the OBD+ Upgrade at the same time,,,
