not a good day

so the car is painted and perfect....until now no coolant, all over the driveway why? because it looks like the fan belt sliced the hose going from the block to the radiator. What is the name of this hose exactly? why is this thing slicing my hose?

Crossover hose - runs from passenger side of radiator to expansion tank.

about $26 to replace Have to be careful routing it because of the alternator pulley - couple of zip ties help keep it out of the way

Don't know if this will help. My Chev pick-up alternator nicked top radiator hose. Wrapped new hose in plastic corrogated wire loom wrap- just in case.
